When you're practising - do you play for money?
No. I practice with Anthony Hamilton mainly at Ilford Snooker Centre.

Have you ever lost or thrown your cue?
I chipped my old cue! That's not why I changed it - it was knackered. The ferrule ended up 8mm and I was having to put new tips on all the time.I needed a 9.5mm.

What cue do you play with?
John Parris - I've been using it for three years now.

Do you play better when you're drunk?
No.

What's your favourite drink?
Red wine.

You're in next year's World final - and you get to pick who you play. Which player would you most like to beat?
I wouldn't care who I beat if I win.

Have you ever not owned up to a foul?
Never.

Who's your favourite referee?
Jan Verhaas.

When you fluke against someone - what do you do?
Hold up my hand to apologise.

What one thing do you regret?
Nothing.

What's your idea of a good night out?
Watching a video and a hot chocolate. (Yeah, right!)

What type of tune gets you dancing?
Eminem.

Do you have a bet on yourself in tournaments?
No.

You're allowed to play one match again - which one would it be?
The semi-finals of the 2002 World Championship against Stephen Hendry.

Snooker.
